Hydreigon: Specs or Mixed Attacker works well. Specs Draco Meteor is AMAZING when the enemy has no fairies on their team and can shit on most non-specially defensive Steel types. Mixed has the benefit of Earthquake. Pick whichever fits your team best.
Rhyperior can do many things: He can be a physical wall, you can band him, or you could Rock Polish him and watch your enemy shit their pants when his tremendous balk and attack suddenly outspeed everything he has.
Scizor I recommend going Choice Band unless you'd rather use Sandstorm to setup. If you're going to use Swords Dance Scizor then I recommend going Mega and using a Specially Defensive Assault Vest Tyranitar. Defog is also a move to note on having on either set if you have the room.
Tyranitar: He is another very versatile mon you has amazing base stats in everything but speed. If you want to go Mega then consider Dragon Dance for sweeping and Ice Beam/Fire Blast for coverage. If not then Assault Vest allows it to soak up ALL the special attacks barring Focus Miss which you'd just switch out to Torterra to take.
Torterra: Another mon with a good amount of moves to use including: Stealth Rocks, Synthesis, Curse, Earthquake, Rock Polish. Ice is his only worry but Scizor has that covered. I'd suggest having him lead and setup Stealth Rocks for you.
Overall your team has some synergy and looks like it could do well in doubles though you'd have to add a lot more protects into those move pools.
