Let's look at some high-damage/worst case scenarios on a set with 252 SpD, no HP, no nature investment.
>252+ SpA Abomasnow Blizzard vs. 0 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Regidrago: 186 (34.3%) - 218 (40.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after hail damage >252+ SpA Choice Specs Transistor Regieleki Rising Voltage (140 BP) vs. 0 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Regidrago in Electric Terrain: 242 (44.7%) - 285 (52.6%) -- 22.3% chance to 2HKO>252+ SpA Choice Specs Dragapult Draco Meteor vs. 0 HP / 252 SpD Assault Vest Regidrago: 462 (85.3%) - 546 (100.9%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKOThat's pretty good, and that allows for 252+ SpA on Regidrago, which means it threatens to OHKO on all above examples with either Draco Meteor or Dragon Pulse. Running it with Wish support might be ok, though its huge HP pool becomes a bit of an issue in that case. Maybe Healing Wish?
Regardless it really wants for coverage options. Only having Dragon Type attacks hurts when you also have nothing to punish a Fairy switching in.
