But in all seriousness - all the human models in the games are based on the same base (and the old 2d sprites are constrained by a height/width limit) so you can't really go by the games unless you're fine with literally everyone being the same height/size. There are some pretty good profile shots of Cynthia with other anime characters, so we could get a good comparison and go off of that.
