"Where people mingle with nature." is the slogan of Petalburg City, home to the Petalburg Gym run by none other than your dad Norman. He has you look out for a sick boy Wally while he catches his first Pokemon, Ralts, out on Route 103.
Many of you probably know the MC and his family moved from Johto to Hoenn at the start of the game, but did you know Norman actually states he specifically came from Olivine City in BW2?
Although you're free to put some peculiar words on your trainer card at the Pokemon Center and stare at your reflection in a pond, there is not an entirely whole lot to be said about Petalburg. It is a bit more rural and high end compared to Oldale, and the music, like always, is a joy, too:
