Another update on Orion. The other day, I finished the Manaphy storyline. Big spoilers, obviously:
The ending was honestly pretty sad. Not as sad as the main story's ending, of course, but it still got a reaction out of me because of how bittersweet it was. I mean, the kid's so scared and confused, and doesn't understand why he's being taken away from his "mom" and "dad"; meanwhile, the hero/partner are heartbroken, but they can only stand there and watch it happen because it's something that must be done to save their "son". Also, I think the partner and Manaphy were depicted pretty realistically here, which heightened the impact of the scene. In other news, I've been gradually unlocking more challenge dungeons involving some mystical instruments. Sounds interesting. I'll try those out eventually, once I start feeling more confident.
>>53922001I always assumed it was one-of-a-kind in every continuity, since it seems so powerful.
>>53922961I think it sounds alright.
>>53923094Honestly pretty funny. The idea of every available surface in the map room (including the cartographer himself) being literally covered in maps made me chuckle.
>>53924542>>53924787SoL is nice. And even if you're not confident, you might as well give it a shot so you can try to get some feedback and improve.
>>53925526You imbue your teeth with Dark-type energy, I guess.
>>53925758Well, it's good to hear you're writing more! Good luck with your story--and with getting revenge on Rayquaza someday.
>>53925854Other people already said it, but I'll cast another vote for Orion.
>>53926076>>53926196I think it sounds like a neat idea so far.
