>>50277597realistically? probably around one to three maybe
i'd probably only be able to start off with a dunsparce. dunsparce has a surprisingly flexible learnset (can learn surprising stuff like blizzard, thunderbolt, dragon rush, fire blast, solar beam, iron tail, poison jab, even shadow ball) so i feel like dunsparce would be a great but still feasable first encounter

>>50278787 's idea of having objectmons, so i'd maybe try to go catch a sigilyph. worst case scenario, if i get hurt i can have my dunsparce dig us out of trouble. sigilyphs are territorial so they wouldn't chase for very long
for my third mon, i'd like to catch a fomantis that later evolves into lurantis. lurantis require maintenance to keep their colors, so that would probably be my last pokemon (and most expensive one)
