>>54196673Alright, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt because unlike flopschizo-turned-catchschizo and the other interlopers, I sense that you're at least grounded by something resembling a consistent view point. Your argument overall, notwithstanding any yuri stuff, is that Horizons isn't good because:
>Liko, Ann and Iono are the only interesting characters>Dot in particular has an ugly design>Roy is an Ash clone>Horizons is overpraised by /padt/ because its not Ash, and that's not goodAll of these points are fine, or at least subjective enough that even if I don't agree with them, I can recognize that you can have these opinions in good faith.
Here's where I drop off:
>Girl characters are only good if they serve as eye candy, so Dot's slovenly design is inherently bad because it's not sexyI would call this penisblogging, but really it's just being a dipshit. There are other reasons to like a character design other than its adherence to conventional standards of sexual attractiveness. People like Dot's design because it's colorful and has personality.
>There's a moral problem of leaving the Ashnime in /padt/ by replacing it with Horizons, which is the same thing but worseNo one is replacing the Ashnime here. Outside of the weekends, I pretty much only post about watching parts of the Ashnime for the first time. Ditto with the other recapanon, and tons of others who just happen to like certain parts of it. Having seen almost 60% of the Ashnime in the past five months, I can also say that Horizons is nothing like it. Whatever point you have about Roy and Ash's similarities are countered by the tone, pacing and narrative structure. I'm not going to take the "morality" part seriously enough to offer an actual rebuttal.
