I don't know how Ren would be re-written or if he should just be cut entirely, I think he's a joke of a character and it's laughable that Jan wants us to see him as our rival, We could make him far more competent and less of a cuck or go the fedora route.
Melia no longer gets the spotlight at every given opportunity and she's a lot more nuanced, Make her have a cute German accent which often gets made fun of by certain characters "especially Venam", She doesn't drag people into her problems anymore and goes from a cute innocent girl to a rather depressed and somber young lady throughout the story, If you have enough friendship with her she'll always come to you and cry her sorrows away, Saying she trusts and cherishes you more than anything in this world after everything that's happened.
The entirety of the time travel sections and everything related to the visorniggers should be cut, Team Xen should either be fully cut or completely reworked into something salvageable.
