He ironically only contributed to that problem by creating a team organization comprised of vain, selfish rich people that he sought out to kill in the first place. Plus, stuff like ultra-wormholes, multiverses and legendary pokemon capable of creating habitable planets, kills his overpopulation theory. In the end, he caused more pain than good.
