This is the only pic i have, but I do have the guide in a closet somewhere. If anybody wanted to see what the guide has to say about a specific dungeon/pokemon/whatever I'd be happy to share.

Also they don't tell you good pokemon to use for Level 1. They just say "throw rocks" until you get to 20f of Wish Cave and pretty much tell you nothing else.
