Rode on my Torterra today with my girlfriend. Our lives are kinda tough right now, both of us kind of have abusive parents, so we enjoy these little moments together. I've been taking care of this grass 'mon since I was 10, even though I wasn't able to go out and become a trainer. Found him as a Turtwig in the woods with a crack on his shell. The crack eventually became his mountain, so his one mountain isn't as big as other Torterra have.
My Treecko also really gets along with him well, and he's very friendly to most other pokemon, letting them sleep and make nests in his tree. Though, I can't let just anyone make a nest in there. I have to shoo away Flechlings, because if they nest, they're gonna evolve and set his tree on fire. He gets annoyed whenever I have to shoo them away, because he's honestly really friendly, and always wants to help out those in need.
It's probably why I've been hanging out with him a lot lately. Kinda need an escape form my house, because I can't stand to hear one more conspiracy theory about how Super Potions are poison and how we should be using fresh water instead. He's always good company and a good listener whenever I need to vent. I don't know how much he understands, but he knows when I'm feeling down and tries to cheer me up whenever he can.
