But some patterns still hold. No matter how many people report, say, the Dawn General, it will NEVER get deleted. Because it simply is not against the rules of the board. Likewise with the vast majority of posts that OP is whining about, it's just SFW character art even if it is a bit risque and character art is welcome on /vp/.
