No one used Pelipper unless they were running a nuzlocke and had no other choice. Low stats, slow, defensive, bad abilities, and all it really had going for it was being a good HM slave which no one counts as using. Even as an HM slave it was outclassed by Tropius.
I still love the Big P though. It turned me into a Rainfag when it got Drizzle. I used to hate the archetype, but I've learned to love it.
