>>43514066I'm down. They could implement it as a random personality trait that any mon can get where they just don't want to evolve beyond a certain level and instead just become way stronger to compensate and remain viable later in the game. That would kick ass.
I'd really like to see more of that kind of trainer/partner dynamic bullshit in general in the form of special interactions, dialogue and other random shit that makes you feel more attached to at least your starter and a selection of popular/shillmons if not everything in the regional dex. That kind of comfiness was what I was hoping for most of all in the Shitch games, there's still nothing in 3D that tops my oldschool favorites.
