The part where Mewtwo escapes Giovanni, the part where the Clones are forced to fight the originals. The heart-wrenching scene of the Pikachus slapping each other, and Ash's sacrifice at the end finally breaking through to Mewtwos heart and showing him that humans and Pokemon CAN be friends.
Brings a tear to my eye.
