Laughably weak early game, if you go jungle you have shit non-ganks
Can't even be a good energy amp/buddy barrier slut at this point, gets unite at 9 and takes half the game, good luck if you fall behind. However this is probably the only way to be useful on him because people still think his unite does anything
Also his range/kite is the biggest joke with all the dashes and general range pokemon have these days
