the only thing particularly notable about alto's is the fact that he has to use makeup to fake that scar and make sure the ladies think he's got some tragic past
regarding training i don't know if it's her favorite, but bibi always makes sure that everyone remember all her non-verbal signals. this whistle means aim high, when she snaps they should focus on evading, etc etc. frankly it's not just for the team's benefit but her own since she's liable to forget (i should also invest some time into assigning a specific signal to each command now that i think about it.....)
tes is slightly more choosy when it comes to picking fights, rather than general training, if possible he prefers to scope out information on the foe's weaknesses and train his pokemon in advance to exploit them
alto's team only trains their vocals, not that it makes them sound any better bar primarina
