Like having two Pokemon weak to Rock, and no Pokemon resisting Rock. Or having half the team weak to Ice, even if the other half resists it.
I like to use

Only shortcoming is that it does not factor in abilities, but that is something you can do easily in your head since not too many Pokemon have those.
Like if I am building a BW/B2W2 team and two Pokemon are weak to Ground, but one of them is Eelektross, I am good since Eelektross has Levitate.
