>>58603825Not every gen, just look at 3 and 4. Z-A is clearly not in the past since the phone model is newer than the one used in SV. Not to mention that even if we ignore gens 3 and 4 and put every other game at release date without exceptions that would mean Z-A happens a year before Leon's defeat, since X and Y came out in 2013 and Sword and Shield in 2019, six years later.
The only games that match release dates so far are
