He replaced Ishihara in terms of hosting the Pokémon presents, which is a shame, because Ishihara always came across as a wretched little creature himself, perfect representative for Pokémon. Utsunomiya, on the other hand, just looks like an evil(er) version of Ohmori. He will host tomorrow's presentation, and have no emotion to express whatsoever, it's all according to keikaku for him
