If in the anime they're all in the same class, it makes sense in my head for most of these characters to be around the same age range. So, Elio, Lillie, Hau and Koa are all 14. Gladion might be 15. The other Trial Captains would probably oscillate between 12 and 15, but it makes sense to me for all of them to be the same age. It's more convenient, too. If I had to pick, Hapu, Lana and Sophocles would probably be on the younger side, while Mallow and Kiawe would be closer to Koa and the game protags' ages.
