Most female trainer cards are pretty cheap with some exceptions. JP trainer cards are more expensive since Japan are autistic when it comes to their waifus. But only some of them are expensive like Lillie, Iono, Dendra (for some reason) and etc. Don't expect them to be retardedly expensive in the future like a Charizard card.

Get both. Lillie and Charizard are solid investments with pretty decent ROI. Medium term, Lillie cards are probably better in terms of ROI, but they have a lower ceiling than Charizard.
