It's easy to sleep on Garchomp because stage 2 mons are abundant and many are better. But when you combine Copycat with Reckless shearing, you're getting your whole deck out in no time flat. Lucario EX could potentially be Gastrodon instead just to stay in the Cynthia theme. Or you know, something more practical. Either way it goes, if you want something fun to run through your solo missions, go for it.
