Yeah, there might still be more PM19 episodes beyond 135, regardless of whether the dub is counting the clip shows/recaps or not. I can see that happening, with the anime tying up some loose storylines ahead of the S/V anime or PM22. Heck, maybe they use some of those episodes to introduce Paldea, before either going "all in" and focusing only on Paldea, or adding Paldea to the world tour format.
I think it's weird though TPCi didn't just revise the PR with a new number. I don't know what the big secret is. If it was a typo, they could've just given us the correct number. It doesn't make sense to me at all.
