>>53378664Funny enough, I was talking to my friend about this the other night. This is actually why I HATE Yugioh now. Yugioh has become convoluted as fuck to the point that it's nothing but a bunch of combo bullshit to get 1 fucking link/XYZ/fusion out that it's not even fun anymore. I watched my friend summon, special summon, special summon, sac, overlay, destroy, remove, get something from the deck, link summon, ditch a card, play a spell, play another monster, then finally end his turn. These games have gotten so fucking lame at this point I don't even know why I even try to play them.
Look at Poker. People STILL play it to this day and it's over 1k years old why? Because it's not overly complicated. Yugioh was meant for children and now it's too overly complicated for kids to play. Pokemon can be learned in like an hour and have the general idea of "what does this Pokemon do? Oh? Ok, I can add energy and take away energy to do things and stuff." At least it has a simple concept.
