These are examples of cringe. The image you posted is weird af, but NOT cringe. Hell, if anything, it's funny. Cringe might've fit if it were some tryhard trying to be all serious and edgy but failing at it. Think Coldsteel the Hedgehog or My Immortal. It'd be cringe because the author has full confidence in their work even though they're failing so hard that it's embarrassing to watch.
