Whether you like them or not BW2 have some of the most content and clear effort put in in the series. So many fucking dungeons, so much unique music (notice how BW2 had unique music for gyms and unique music for every town but the games that came after, XY, didn't) and easily the most post-game in the series to date.
And guess what? You shat all over it. Maybe a small vocal minority here like them, but its sadly undeniable that the mainstream opinion is that Gen 5 was shit.
Gamefreak put real genuine effort into Gen 5, and most people vocally hated and trashed it.
So stop getting mad that they don't try that anymore. Why should they when they can do the bare minimum and sell gangbusters? You've taught them that genuine effort isn't rewarded, but low effort bullshit is.
