Hey hey, people. It's my birthday today, so I want to do something nice for you guys. I've been saving up these cards for a while, but they're getting scarce around my area so I don't think I'll be finding any more of the older codes.

As always, I want to share these codes with as many people as possible, so even though you have no obligations to do so, please only take what you need.
These are North American codes, so if you're living elsewhere in the world, you'll need to change your region settings in order to use them (I think so, anyway).
