Is there a link between this sort of character type, "cosmic plaything, suffering magnet" persons, and Swadloon specifically? Perhaps it is the small size? The frown? The leaf ends at the top of the head and the space exposed in the center making a sort of fake smiley face? That the mon is swaddled, covered, shielded against the outside in vain? Maybe it's Grass/Bug type that does it for them?
I'm always fascinated with these sorts of threads, and the people on them. Why are so many people seemingly these sorts? I think of them, again, as "cosmic plaything, suffering magnet", though there must be a better way to describe this odd effect somewhere. Which brings to mind another question: Are these sorts of people specifically drawn to these threads to unburden themselves for some reasons only they know, and therefore give the impression of them (the minority) being a majority? Or are there really many anonymous people on 4chan and similar places online that suffer through existence this way, and only in places like these does it become apparent, that they are majority all along?
