For the rest of us it's got ups and downs and some days are good days and others it feels like it's almost impossible to do so much as crawl out of bed and keep breathing. Sometimes the days where it's hard to even breathe keep coming and coming, but they have to be endured because that's the only way to grow and to improve, and to make it out of the valley and back to a spot where you can feel the sun and take a deep breath of fresh air and look down on the low place you dragged yourself out of and feel like, even if you don't know where you're going, at least you're going somewhere.
Life can knock you down and kick you and seem overwhelming and hopeless, but the only time that hopelessness is real and not just a temporary circumstance is when you give up.
