Is anything that was made by a 4chan person about pokemon count?
Does the joke have to be an already established internet joke but oh look we put a pokemon in there?
What about just traced reaction images with pokemon? Do they count if they're old enough?
When does old start? I know that the average age on this board would get me thrown in prison if only the government new, but I don't know if something less than 5 years past is old or not. Is anything new at all?
