>>49974055>but you get that thats a protagonist power fantasy thing right? The entire setting is a power fantasy of people controlling debatably sapient magic animals. Just not for kids that pretend to be in rock bands though.
>only kids that do those are the literal prodigies of the settingBeing a gym leader notwithstanding. As plenty of those have been as young as the protagonist, it's not even incredibly rare. And gym leaders are often exceptional within the community, holding unique positions and formidable power. But sure, some kids are special just not this kid. Erhh, I mean, this mature woman.
>Mina has the same physic and proportions as AshI never once got the impression she was a kid. Surprised the anime made her the same height as Ash, that sounds wrong. I'd have guessed at least Brock or Cilan's height even for a short chick. In the game she was certainly bigger than the player character and the younger trial captains like Lana and Mallow.
And I'm glad you're going to unwind because
this shit annoys me greatly in general but you're getting way more pissed than me right now. Honestly at this point I'm just having fun with the absurdity of it all. People want the punk girl that looks 13ish compared to all the other characters she's around to be in highschool minimum or older. Of fucking course they do. This shit happens alllllllllll the tiiiiiiiime in this series. Practically every time a character doesn't have a canon age, unless they look like they're ~8
(or a boy lol) the fanbase tries to push for them being as old as they think they can get away with. Never younger, just older. It makes me wonder why, in this setting which is a power fantasy for children, all the fans hate the idea of many characters being children and lobby for them to be adults so, so fucking much.
