>>54649262>Why do you guys want to fuck Pokemons? In addition to the reasons stated by other anons, there's also the fact that you spend more time bonding with your Pokemon than you do with other characters in the games. You catch them, you raise them, you watch them grow; you share their victories and their losses, and they'll selflessly throw themselves in harm's way to protect you, no matter how bad the odds are. Getting a little attached to them - especially when the games, anime, and Dex entries make it clear they're sapient and, in some cases, even capable of human speech - makes sense, particularly among the crowd who grew up with the games from childhood. The fandom here on /vp/ tends to consist largely of introverts who suck at bonding with actual flesh-and-blood human beings, so it shouldn't be too surprising that, in a game series that forces you to bond with your Pokemon one way or another, there are people who would take that bond as far as they can - in some cases, to its only conclusion: love or lust.
To an outsider, it's "Ew, people want to fuck imaginary animals!", but to the people who have been here for entirely too long, it's more about building on and trying to express a connection they've formed - though HOW they go about expressing this connection will vary from person to person.
