What Pokémon Opinion Will You Defend Like This?

Competitive balance for organized play should not be the priority, flavor should be.

To be more precise, I still blame GF for making the dragon type so bland and similar to the other types. In the first generation, Dragons were the "strong type" par excellence, difficult to obtain, hard to evolve, but more powerful than the others. A perfect counterbalance to the Bug type, which is the opposite.

By making dragons weak against fairies, this fucking studio has also taken the interest out of the Ice type, which until now had been rather difficult to use, with very common weaknesses (like fire), but very satisfying to use in late game when you could face the powerful dragons thanks to it.

More generally, this kind of bastardized state of Pokémon games, which can't decide between "competitive" and "casual", weakens the logic of the universe, and the impression that these are real creatures, while creating an uninteresting competitive scene.
