Hey, /who/, I've been doing an archival project as part of a bigger thing I'm doing for /hlgg/, mostly as a way to figure out the grand % of posts on this board that are made up of generals vs the rest of the board with the cut-off point being just a bit over 10,000,000 posts, and I noticed something peculiar with your general, specifically.
Usually, this is somewhat easy, just go back through all the threads with a name or marker that links it to a general, count up all the posts, then keep a running tally for every one of them working backwards, counting any that have significant posts into the total. But you guys number your thread now, and that made me realize something.
The thread that I start with for you guys is
>Nanashi Mumei General - LXXIAnd here's my spreadsheet for the data I've found:
https://files.catbox.moe/yorkwo.xlsxThe thing is, between Thread # 71 and the very first thread called "Nanashi Mumei General" with significant amount of posters, there were 75 threads. Now that you're on LXXV, that means there have been 79 threads.
Your count is off. I was surprised to find that, but it's true. You forgor four threads.
I figured while I'm collecting this data, it would be worthwhile to tell you guys that. The other data I've found:
>/who/ as a % of /vt/'s total posts: 0.42% of all posts>/who/ as a % of /vt/'s total posts counted from the first OP onwards: 2.08% of all posts
