It was actually shocking to me how identical Gura is in that stream to how she is now. I was expecting her to sound slightly different or be more reserved or something but no. Her personality is literally 1 to 1 to how it is now; the weird part is I don't even remember her being like that at the time, I guess context really changes your perception.
Gura was as high energy, chatty and casual as ever and there was no 'debut voice' or anything.
Furthermore, the really surprising part was how way quieter and shy Ame was. I don't remember the Gurame dynamic being like this but the impression that stream gives is that Ame is very shy around Gura, almost enamored and treating her the same way she'd treat a senpai or something, like just quietly giggling at all of Gura's quips while Gura confidently leads the conversation.
Anyway this is all to say that anyone who thinks Gura changed at all is wrong but this is not negative. It means Gura was high tier right out of the gate.
Literally the only difference is that she streams way less and doesn't explain why (but she never explained her private goings on anyway).
