1 large egg & 1 egg yolk
80g pasta
~half a cup worth of grated parmesan (or adjusted to viscosity, roughly the consistency of loose porridge)
Salt & pepper
Boil water & salt it (~1% of volume). Add pasta an cook according to instructions.
Heat pan and add oil, just enough to thinny coat pan. Add in bacon and render out the fat, on medium-low.
Beat egg and cheese together.
When pasta is ready, drain and reserve ~1 cup of cooking water.
Add in cracked blackpepper and toast them ~30 seconds.
Pan off stove, add in noodles and a couple tablespoons of water, stir to combine.
Add in egg and cheese mixture and keep stirring.
Serve with cracked pepper and more grated cheese.
