Chloe lore-wise was also supposed to be a level, distant kuudere-type like Rei from EVA. Considering that and the assassin thing I think she read over her description and pretty much chucked it all out the window and went "hey these eyes look kind of like an orca's, lol I'm a cute orca guys."
