Considering the vast amount of video games, this has to be possible and the permissions cannot possibly be that strict.
And at the end of the day, there's still quite a lot of Japanese games from developers who aren't shitting and pissing themselves if someone streams their game, so you would still have options.
It's not all of them that are shitting and pissing themselves and crying desperately if someone online plays their game to thousands of people and advertises it for free thus resulting in more sales of the game as a result.
