Also 1200cals is like the absolute minimum but petite women have a lower BMR than taller women to answer one of the anons above- that being said, I've gotten way more into shape and have built more muscle mass over fat percentage by zigzagging between 1200-1500 most days and around 1500-1600 maybe two of those days a week. If our girl walks a lot (which she does) she probably needs a good and hearty meal, afterwards.
