If you want to get into the lore it really doesn't matter if Sana leaves stage right. Council are "avatars" of the "gods" crated after the first apocalypse(which is why the earth seems ruined in Irys' introduction trailer), not the actual gods themselves nor are they the actual concept they represent. With that, Sana actually defected from the council as stated in her bio on youtube before debut. She is working with the ancient ones so she already went AWOL in the lore.
