>>60727733>>60721530My carbonara recipe's pretty much the same as Ina's, the only difference is it calls for mixing the eggs with a portion of the water used to cook the pasta, but it always messes me up cause the water's so hot it starts cooking the eggs in seconds.
Nice and simple though, haven't made any in years.
