Good fats are important, use refined coconut oil or olive oil for cooking, butter is good too. Eat plenty of protein and carbs that are easily digested so that you can burn the energy quickly at the gym. Get your fiber from fruits and fresh veggies. Oh, and make sure to eat at regular intervals.
