I liked the thread more a couple months back, simply because it was a smaller and tighter knit group, and now the thread is a lot faster and it's harder to keep up with everything going on and befriend everyone. There's nothing that can really be done about this, because by any objective criteria the project having more contributors and activity is a good thing, even if it makes the thread less enjoyable to me. You can't even fault the newfriends joining, they just want to get in on the fun.
