Gura is my oshi but Ina is my second favorite and it's honestly really close, her charm and sense of humor is kind of understated and generally not as high energy as goob but if you "get" her appeal she's probably going to be one of the best vtubers out there for you.
That being said, don't buy her membership if you don't care about art posts/updates in the community tab, she doesn't go a lot to make her membership worth it like Gura does.
