You don't have to worry about 'how do I respond if they ask me what I'm doing this weekend because I can't just say using my computer for 18 hours a day like every weekend because they'll think I'm weird oh god I have to think of a normal activity to pretend to do but what if they ask for more detail they'll probably just realize straight away that I lied' etc.
Collabs on the other hand are essentially normal conversation with ridiculous stakes because you the entire audience will witness your failure and can record it for even more people to see. You can tell who is lying about social anxiety by whether they avoid collabs or not.
