>Pals are stored in the balls
Are they? They're not like pokemon that have the innate ability to shrink down to pocketable sizes to be actually physically stored in balls. Palspheres and the Palbox seem to have an innate connection to some sort of ethereal network through the use of paladium since its the major ingredient in both of those items.
But how does the palsphere network function anyway?
Pokemon had Bill who created an entire multidimensional matter transfer and storage network that was explored in the first game and has been expanded upon ever since, but what about palspheres? Is the ancient civilization responsible for setting up this network? Does touching a sphere attune a hunter to their own personal data within this network? If pal poachers cannot simply steal a palsphere or steal a pal from a palbox, can they truly be said to be stored within those objects?
