You can lose weight on a diet of starbucks but you are going to have firey liquid shit constantly, exhaustion, and your insulin tolerance is going to be so fucked you will have constant cravings.
While its important to understand caloric intake if you tunnel vission to much on that alone you will make tons of stupid mistakes which are going to increase your chances of giving up. Its important for you to really learn this shit so you can improve your life and then pass down these lessons to your kids and continue the chain. They will in turn influence those around them positvely and improve your community.
Do your best and try to fight the head games that make you want to quit, it is very difficult but it is worth your time and energy.
