All the way up the river, in the mountains, probably where the mining and cave shenanigans were happening. Looks like continental orogeny, not volcanism or an old plateau, given how sharp the mountains are.
Down the river, some kind of fluvian location. It's nice to see they didn't make the river randomly bifurcate, that's a common error, though a delta would have been acceptable where the river meets the ocean.
The land to the lower left, looks like it might be some kind of coastal elevated plateau, could be either green rolling hills, or slightly drier highlands depending on the altitude or climate.
A pointer in the ocean, clearly where Atlantis is, I guess Gura finished it off-stream.
Another pointer right in a forest, the texture gives me a deciduous vibe, likely to be where Fauna is from.
The Big Fantasy City (tm), seems like it has some kind of amphitheater and a palace of sorts surrounded by a moat. The HQ of HoloEN, probably?
