Maybe Ame and Gura can move their hips because they implied before that they live in a ghetto area so they probably know how to twerk and all that. But that's not the kind of japanese idol dance Holos are supposed to do. Kiara has the talent and the culture in her so she's the closest thing to an idol EN has. Mori can sing and rap but we don't know if she can dance yet.
